What kinds of classes do you offer?

What other kinds of classes will you offer in the future?

We are always looking to add to our repertoire! If you are interested in teaching a workshop or classes, we are always looking, so please contact us!!

If you have a request for a time of day or type of class you don’t currently see on the schedule and have a group of 5 or more people who would be interested, please contact us!! If we have the instructor availability, we will schedule a class just for you and your friends!

How much do classes cost?

If I miss a class, can I make it up?

Yes, you may take the next class that is convenient and appealing to you.

How many people are in each class?

Class fills up fast; please make a reservation ahead of time to ensure your space.

Are classes progressive, or can I just drop in?

Classes typically begin the first week of the month, and are progressive. Exceptions can be made only with prior consent of instructor.

Workshops are one-shots, and are as such not progressive.

What is your late-arrival policy?

If this is your first time, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a waiver. We understand that life happens; please try not to be excessively late.

Pole Classes

What should I wear to a pole class?

We recommend students wear short-shorts (so your legs can grip the pole), and a tee-shirt or tank top. Some of our classes may also involve floorwork, for which we also recommend kneepads and heels. See the course description for your particular class to get a better idea of any specific attire requirements.

PLEASE DO NOT WEAR LOTION! It’s slippery! If you forget and come to class with lotion on your hands, please wash them before class starts!

Is there a weight limit for pole classes?

No, the pole is designed for all different shapes and sizes. What makes the pole such a great workout is it allows you to use your body weight as your resistances. This allows everyone to get an individual workout designed specifically for them.

Is there an age limit for pole?

Classes are 18+. There is no maximum age for students- we welcome students of all ages.

Can men take pole classes, too?

Yes! We welcome students of all genders.
